Executive Director
Asher, the Founder and Executive Director of Limitless, is a senior social worker with extensive experience in youth, family, prison and law enforcement sectors. Passionate about mental health, he leads the research, advocacy, and education to promote help-seeking behavior, reduce stigma, and enhance trauma-informed care. In his downtime, Asher enjoys playing with his two bunnies, tending to his aquarium, or spending precious time with his lovely wife and his two little mini-me, catching Pokèmon!
Cheyenne Naidu
Counsellor & Community Team Lead
Cheyenne and her SAFEHOUSE team have pioneered using Discord as an online text-based help-seeking platform for youths to gain access to barrier-free support, gathering 900 youths to date. She manages a team of volunteer befrienders and occasionally gets roped into sitting in front of the camera for mental health content on TikTok. Outside of work you can find Cheyenne entangled in multiple side quests in-game and offline, blasting heavy music over her headphones as she bulk buys cakes and donuts for the week.

Dr. Ling Zhengjye
Chairperson · Doctor - National University Hospital
Dr. Ling Zhengjye was brought on board because of his medical experience and his experience working with youths, having volunteered with youths for more than 15 years. He has been practicing medicine since 2008, and currently serves on the clinical team for his local church, and advises the clergy when they have issues with youth mental health cases. He was appointed to the Limitless' Board on 27.7.2020, and was voted in as Chairperson on 15.7.2021.
Dr. Darren Chua

Dr. Darren Chua is a trained medical doctor who advocates about disability and mental wellness, works with schools through his businesses, and has authored several books. He currently runs two businesses, Mindset Transformation Clinic and Potters Clay Education. Darren also sits on the YMCA Board of Directors, and also previously sat on the TTADS board. He was appointed to the Limitless’ Board on 28.7.2020, and as Secretary on 22.1.2022.
Dr. Shawn Ng
Founder & Managing Partner - Private Equity
Dr. Shawn Ng is the Founder and Managing Partner of a highly specialized healthcare private equity firm. He oversees a dynamic team of investment professionals and healthcare operators, with a focus on creating lasting value through strategic investments and operational improvements. Dr. Ng previously served as the CEO of Parkway Laboratory Services, where he applied his extensive management expertise within Asia's largest private healthcare group. Prior to this, he held the role of Director of Operations at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Outside of his professional work, he actively volunteers with NPOs, reinforcing his commitment to creating meaningful impact and being a force for positive change.
Scott Reichelt
President & CEO, Crawford & Company – Asia
Scott Reichelt is the President and CEO of Crawford & Company – Asia, a role he has held since April 2024. With over two decades of experience in risk management, forensic accounting, and insurance, Scott leads Crawford & Company’s operations across the Asia Pacific region. Before returning to Crawford & Company, Scott served as the Head of Forensic Accounting for McLarens in Asia Pacific from 2020 to 2024. He was with Crawford & Company from 2010 to 2020, holding key leadership roles, including Managing Director of Global Technical Services Asia, Chief Technical Officer for Asia, and Managing Director of Crawford Forensic Accounting Services.
Patricia Lee

Patricia Lee is a senior banker with close to 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry covering UHNW and Family Offices regionally. Prior to her current position, she was in investment advisory and portfolio management roles with JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Patricia also serves as Co-head of Citi Latitude in APAC, a program to engage and build out the community of next generation entrepreneurs, investors and philanthropists. She is also the coverage banker for the philanthropy partnerships in Singapore and the business sponsor for the South Asia Analyst program. Outside of work, Patricia has been involved in various social causes locally and also fundraising for the slum communities in Tondo, Manila for almost a decade.
Roy Chua
Divisional Director, Human Resources - Clarksons
Roy Chua is the Divisional Director of Human Resources at Clarksons, bringing over a decade of HR expertise across diverse industries. He assumed this role in October 2024, where he oversees the HR advisory function across the APAC region. Prior to joining Clarksons, Roy served as the Head of HR Advisory, APAC at TP ICAP. Before that, he managed HR Operations and Governance for the APAC region. He has also led pivotal projects at the A*STAR, including the adoption of robotic process automation and organizational amalgamation. Roy was an adjunct lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, teaching Industrial Relations and Organisational Excellence.
Jonathan Xiong

Prior to starting Arrowpoint, Founder CEO/CIO Jonathan Xiong, was the co-CEO of Millennium Asia for 5 years. He was responsible for the region which spanned across 8 different countries geographically. Before that, Jonathan was a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Global Opportunities Fund (discretionary global macro fund) at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for 7 years. He was responsible for all the fixed income alternatives businesses at GSAM. Prior to Goldman, Jonathan was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Mellon Capital Management for 11 years in the Systematic Global Macro team. His experience at Mellon spanned across research, portfolio construction, trading, and portfolio management.
Christopher Wilson

Christopher Wilson, born in London in 1957, began his career with the British Army after studying at Manchester University on a military scholarship. He served with The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers in Germany, Belfast, and Oman before transitioning to finance in 1987. His career in fund management took him to Singapore and Hong Kong, where he held senior roles at GT Management and Coutts bank. In 2002, he founded a consultancy focusing on technology partnerships in Asia. In 2008, Christopher established the WAH Foundation in Cambodia, providing clean water, medical training, and educational scholarships. He currently sits on several corporate boards globally, promoting philanthropy and strategic partnerships.

Carol Lee, Head of Philanthropy and Grants at the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation, brings over 15 years of experience from the Ministry of Education and various social service agencies. Her expertise spans education, community development, and disaster relief. Notable achievements include leading Concord Primary School's award-winning choir and spearheading emergency aid efforts as Executive Director of Mercy Relief. With a focus on empowering vulnerable communities, Carol advocates for cross-sector collaborations to maximize societal impact, particularly in education and children's causes.

Iris came out of retirement to handle all financial matters at Limitless. With her amazing eye for detail, Iris manages day-to-day transactions, ensuring checks and balances are in order. She believes everyone can make a difference in society in their own way. Outside of work, you can find her relaxing at home with her fluffy bunny, Coco Limmy, and looking for inspiration for her next DIY project.
Maximilian Koh
Clinical Director
Maximilian has over 20 years of experience in social services, primarily within the Family Service Centre setting. He is a registered psychologist and social worker, as well as a certified Choice Theory and Reality Therapist. Trained in addictions, he has a clinical interest in mental health. Outside of work, you will find Max teaching his golden retriever puppy new tricks, learning Gen-Z slangs, or playfully annoying the marketing team with the catchphrase “show me the money!”.

With over 20 years producing and directing documentaries for global audiences, he now applies his skills as a Narrative Therapy-trained social worker. Ivan finds fulfillment in contributing to his clients' journey of personal growth. Spot him racing down Bukit Timah trails on his bike—he welcomes a friendly shout!

Senior Psychologist & Psychological Services Lead
Paran is a forensic psychologist with ten years of experience in child and adolescent mental health. He consults on juvenile arrest, family violence, and child protection cases. His clinical interests lie in consulting with children, adolescents, and women who have been exposed to domestic violence, developmental trauma disorder, child protection, and PTSD. Paran is committed to making trauma-informed care more accessible to the community. Outside of work, he is a vegan who embraces travel whenever possible, stays fit through jogging, and is a true Liverpool fan.
Chow Shang Wei
Managing Director, Vertex Holdings
Shang Wei is currently Managing Director Investments at venture capital firm Vertex Holdings where he heads the Vertex Exploratory Fund. Prior to Vertex, he spent almost 20 years in the financial services industry, holding senior management positions at several top European banks. Shang Wei has volunteered within the social services sector in Singapore for a number of years. Aside from Limitless, he currently serves on the board of Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore. He previously served on the boards of Club Rainbow Singapore, Autism Resource Centre, in addition to serving as Chairman of The Purple Parade - a ground up initiative to make Singapore more inclusive for people with disabilities. Shang Wei also previously served on the Citizens Consultative Committee (Kg Glam) from 2013 to 2019.

Sheryl Koh is a Partner at Chua & Partners LLP, specialising in dispute resolution and employment law. With over a decade of experience, Sheryl advises clients across a range of complex legal matters from various industries. Prior to joining Chua & Partners, Sheryl was in the International Arbitration and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice of one of Singapore’s big four law firms. Sheryl is also involved in pro bono work with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme and the Catholic Lawyers’ Guild.
