Social Withdrawal – Avoiding friends, family, or isolating themselves.
Academic & Daily Struggles – Drop in grades, trouble concentrating, or changes in sleeping and eating habits.

The duration of counselling varies depending on your child’s needs and pace of progress. Some may see improvement in a few sessions and others may benefit from continuous support. Our counsellors will assess, evaluate and adjust the approach as needed.
-
We believe mental health recovery is a collective effort. While our focus is on youth counselling, we also provide guidance for parents to better understand and support their child’s well being.
-
If your child needs support between sessions, they can reach out to SAFEHOUSE, our community support group. SAFEHOUSE provides a safe space where youths can connect with peers, share their experiences, and receive guidance from trained facilitators.
