Executive Director - Limitless

Asher Low, with extensive experience as a social worker specializes in youth services. His career spans clinical roles in family, prison, and youth sectors, along with experience in law enforcement.Passionate about supporting youths with mental health conditions, Asher has led research, advocacy, and public education initiatives to promote help-seeking behaviour, reduce stigma, and enhance public knowledge of trauma-informed care.Asher has served on multiple committees and workgroups focused on youth mental health and well-being. He collaborates with leaders in government, statutory boards, and social service agencies to improve support systems for mental health, simplify help-seeking processes, and facilitate prevention efforts.

He also currently serves as a steering committee member with the SG Mental Well-Being Network.

Joelle brings with her a wealth of business and business development experience. With more than nine years of experience as a Managing Director with Nature Treasure Channels Pte Ltd. She was appointed to the Limitless’ Board on 27.7.2020, and as Treasurer on 22.1.2022.

Dr. Ling Zhengjye

Chairperson · Doctor - NUH

Dr. Ling Zhengjye was brought on board because of his medical experience and his experience working with youths, having volunteered with youths for more than 15 years. He has been practicing medicine since 2008, and currently serves on the clinical team for his local church, and advises the clergy when they have issues with youth mental health cases. He was appointed to the Limitless' Board on 27.7.2020, and was voted in as Chairperson on 15.7.2021.

CEO – Parkway Laboratory Services

Dr. Shawn Ng, a medical professional with extensive management experience, assumed the role of CEO at Parkway Laboratory Services in April 2023. Previously serving as the Director of Operations at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, he now oversees the diagnostics division of Asia's largest private healthcare group. Driven by a passion for sustainability and technology ecosystems, he aims to innovate technologies accessible to the general population to address real-world challenges and make a significant impact in healthcare. He was appointed as a member of Limitless' Board on 5th January 2023.

Secretary · Author, Speaker, Lecturer - Mindset Transformation Clinic

Dr. Darren Chua is a trained medical doctor who advocates about disability and mental wellness, works with schools through his businesses, and has authored several books. He currently runs two businesses, Mindset Transformation Clinic and Potters Clay Education. Darren also sits on the YMCA Board of Directors, and also previously sat on the TTADS board. He was appointed to the Limitless’ Board on 28.7.2020, and as Secretary on 22.1.2022.

Head of Forensic Accounting (Asia Pacific) - Mclarens

Scott Reichelt, President of Asia at Crawford & Company, is renowned for his expertise in forensic accounting and loss adjusting. With vast experience handling substantial claims, he oversees operations in eight Asian regions. Scott previously held key positions within Crawford Asia, including managing director of Crawford forensic accounting services, managing director of global technical services, and chief technical officer. Before rejoining Crawford, he served as the head of forensic accounting at a multinational competitor adjusting business in Singapore. His presence on the Limitless Board of Directors serves to ensure transparency and good accounting practices for the Charity.

Head, Philanthropy and Grants – Tan Chin Tuan Foundation

Carol Lee, Head of Philanthropy and Grants at the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation, brings over 15 years of experience from the Ministry of Education and various social service agencies. Her expertise spans education, community development, and disaster relief. Notable achievements include leading Concord Primary School's award-winning choir and spearheading emergency aid efforts as Executive Director of Mercy Relief. With a focus on empowering vulnerable communities, Carol advocates for cross-sector collaborations to maximize societal impact, particularly in education and children's causes.
